I am writing to show the world the ignorance of a government that went the way of the devil and Satan!
I have written the entire United States government and all representatives.
I have had zero response in the over four years of writing and reporting and zero actions have been taken to help American citizens with what is happening in the world and what they have allowed at the detriment of our society.

A Letter to the President that he will not ever read.
Will be hid by those same agencies which deceive even him.?
And the American people which so have elected him.

I have written many times with no response.
I am now writing to you at the Whitehouse in formal fashion and to every person in the senate and news agencies.

There is an ongoing project with the
Spaceforce/DOD/CIA/ZakKassas/MIT/SpaceX/NATO
They are collaborating with satellites for satellite to phone/humandetection/even mind control and the detection of thought and emotions.
They are also coordinating assassinations of citizens by altering coordinates and locations of cellphones and satellite dishes and gps equipment.
Altering these locations and beaming individuals.
I have experienced this myself and i am worried about every Americans lives.
The DOD experimentations with human detection and the transfer of sound waves through buildings, moving objects and people.
The United States Government and Nato alliance are experimenting with satellite arrays, drones and celltowers and are utilizing these capabilities.
They are sending sounds like a walkie talkie in a beam to a coordinate and speaking to each other from the location that is specified.
From satellites and locating them through their mobile transmissions.
They are then targeting individuals locations and pinpointing them by their thoughts and speech.
This has happened since their project began with the OhioState/CIA experiments which i have specified on twitter.

I have written letters to every lead and news with no response.
I am now writing this formal letter to the President of the United States and Leaders of Congress as well as news agencies.
Where the truth will come out as to our nations ignorance on these matters.
MIT created a mind reading device some years back and another that could read dreams and even see through your own eyes. What you see and feel. What your dreams are. Every thought may be manipulated and altered to a point where you may not even know what is happening.
From the detection of humanity through beamforming of small distances or even the entire width of the Earth. Heating the atmospheres of Earth and creating global warming and climate change.
Moving clouds of weather and melting snow covered poles. Even mind reading and the altering of thoughts and moods. This technology has a worst case scenario of human control and manipulations. Even ending the world we live in on a daily basis.
What is being utilized and what should not be used in the manner and
form that it is. Mind control. Population control. Bias wills for greed and manipulations for power and control. What would happen if this were in the wrong hands.? Well...In anyones hands, it is.
The power of God and infinity or the Devil and destruction.
These people that are experimenting initiated what they have called a CIA mind training upon me where they put me through different excorsizes with a 24/7 surveillance. They spoke to me and manipulated me into believing everything that could be without knowing. They revealed this to me.

These are all that can be equipped to transmit these signals that can annihilate a world.

Appliances automobiles electrical lines cell towers running water or just about anything with sound.

Will be felt and if your hand is held in a direction that a beam would be directed, you would be able to feel the sensation of the technology detecting and altering perception which can include headaches or other bodily pains if one were beamed upon.
Voices in ones head and a pinging ring as thoughts which can be sent through the wave.
Causing headaches and feelings of inexplicable pain. Emotionally and physically.
Mental distractions.Thoughts out of nowhere and unbelievable feelings of anger and pain. Which can be sent as signals and alterations from the heat and fields manipulated.
Human manipulations. Assassinations with covert means to illusion the world and society from the truth. Coerced suicides and killings.
Heart attacks and bone fractures.
All of these things are possible and being people are manipulated with this technology.
Peculiar things that have happened.
A vehicle in California was spotted with a Starlink satellite dish on the vehicle and the person was ticketed. Probably programming AI driving and locating drivers and locations for military and investigative purposes as well intent to decieve the public through public assassinations. Locating individuals, Cars driving off the road. Dieing while driving. Microwave EMP Excetera.
The monolith that fell in Utah is from the US/DOD Rod of God BlackWorks weapon.
Peculiar killings and deaths.
Famous people and all sorts of coerced killings have taken place.
All by researchers and Agencies within the United States Government and the world.
The melting of the north of Russia in 2019.
Melting for the possible invasion and a veiled attempt to conceal their Technology.

They are right now and have been beaming me with arrays of satellites and drones at my coordinates , without permission.

Letter2. Dept of Justice complaint against the US Government.
2020:
Since September 2020 i have been followed illegally by a surveillance
program with the USGovernment.
I was in Nevada.
I called the FBI about being hacked in September 2020 on my RobinHood
investing account.
RobinHood would not release me any information about this to me but
when i logged in there was a Mobile Phone mac address and device
identification
All other information they can attain.
I left Nevada and went to Tennessee.
Smokey Mountain Drones of Knoxville TN owners were seen following me
on camera the first week of October 2020
with walkie talkies in their vehicle near the court house.
Russ McKamey of the CIA was seen the same day in the courthouse where
i was and he walked right passed me.
He is used by the FBI CIA in human intelligence and a bounty hunter to
find people.
After noticing i was being followed i left Tennessee and went to NewYork.
In NewYork i contacted the FAA about Drones.
2021:
After 5 months of living in NewYork and the surveillance hasnt stopped.
IMSI catching and illegal spying, i decided to leave NewYork and i
traveled around.
In Hendersonville NorthCarolina i stopped and went to the
Hendersonville police dept and they found a GPS device in my vehicle.
I was living in my vehicle and hotels for a few months. Trying to
figure out why noone has done anything about what is happening.
I am now back in Tennessee but i am living in motels and my vehicle.
I have now been contacting the FBI CIA FAA and AT&T about the
surveillance. Asking questions that pertained to what is happening.
And continually reporting wondering why noone was doing anything about this.
In 2021 i proclaimed to the world what was happening on twitter.com on
my accounts with the USGovernment and their new drone and satellite
program.
And that noone was doing anything about this.
2022:
I continued to write on twitter.com and is now x.com and report to the
FBI and the CIA
I was also proclaiming on social media about their neglect from doing
anything about what i am reporting about.
Weekly, Monthly annually reporting.
It was in the news about wierd brain anomolies and cancers which are
inclusive to this technology
to heat the skull where under is a thin layer that can be burned and
even penetrate the brain causing adverse affects.
This though would inturn make it easier to locate and track an
individual by their heat signature being altered.
2023:
I continued to write on x.com and report to the FBI and the CIA.
I wrote the book "Walkie Talkie" which describes in parody the events
in reality surrounding America and what is happening in the world
since Covid19.
I wrote the FBI CIA POTUS DoD about the book and that i released it.
I wrote the president of the United States and Senators and Congress
about everything that was happening.
The same day my letters arrived cocaine was found in the Whitehouse
and it was in the news.
I posted on x.com the mac addresses scanning mobile phones and wifi in
the area which are unregistered.
I continually provided proof of these actions
2024:
I continued to write on x.com and report to the FBI and the CIA.
I called into the DOD REDCROSS line and spoke to someone at the
Pentagon that recorded my message.
In 2024 it was published in the news about a secret drone program that
was not stopped and still active with Section702.
About the illegal surveillance and spying by the FBI CIA without cause
or warrant.
Including most mobile phone carriers including AT&T.
It was published in the news that satellites and drones were being
used as celltowers and with the same technology able to locate
any individual on a map with minor programming skills utilizing the Starlink.
2024 and beyond:
I continue to write on x.com and report to the FBI and the CIA
I called the Whitehouse and left a personal message to the President
on the comment line.
I was told the president was going to hear the message.
I wrote VP Harris about everything that has been happening.
I wrote DonaldTrump about ElonMusk about everything that has been
happening and the topsecret satellite drone program
and then DonaldTrump added ElonMusk to his team.

I have to jam signals and positive electrify my vehicles so i do not
feel transmissions,
as the transmissions are upon the top of the head contacting the

I wrote about the FBI CIA and USGovernment experiments upon society
since the inception of the CIA.
Ideas thoughts and opinion of the state of the world and America.
I proved that John F Kennedy was actually assassinated by the Russian
Government manipulating Oswald.
Giving him a wife and a career in Russia almost two years before he
went to Mexico city and had a conversation
with Cuban nationals about a Job in Dallas. I utilized all documents
already released before President Trump became president.
I proved Jim Morrison actually faked his own death and moved to France
under an alias.
I proved the CIA inception was atleast 1938 when France helped the
UnitedStates with their espionage program.
I proved that satellites are the actual cause for globalwarming and
climate change heating the atmosphere 1-2'degrees any size of an area beamformed with only 4-5ghz transmissions.
